With one foot in the future and one foot in the past, Cara &the Crowd creates an outrageous and palatable blend of genres. Best described as a world music jam band. The music tells the story of Cara’s life of adventure, joy, trauma and duality. Combining influences from her travels across 45 countries. Hitchhiking, horseback riding, caravaning, living that van life and more.
Cara &the Crowd bring awareness to mental wellness through the soaring tones of the violin and lyrics pulled from the journey of Cara and her band mates. As they strive to heal those close to them through understanding and music.
